Ingredients:

  • spaghetti - 200 g
  • chicken fillet - 1 pc
  • Philadelphia cream cheese - 100 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • 20% cream - 200 ml
  • salt - to taste
  • Italian herbs - to taste
  • hard cheese - 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the fillet in cold water and cut it into small pieces.

2. Cut the onion into small cubes.

3. Put the chopped onion in a pan and fry until golden brown.

4. Bring water to a boil and add salt and spaghetti.

5. Cook for as long as indicated on the package.

6. Add the fillet to the onions and fry for another 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.

7. Add salt to taste.

8. Add cream (room temperature) and cream cheese.

9. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce.

10. Add Italian herbs and simmer for another 5 minutes.

11. Put on a plate and sprinkle with cheese.
