Tastier than meat: healthy liver cutlets with corn flour and herbs
The liver is a very healthy and tasty product that can be the basis for making delicious pates, as well as salads, cutlets, and snacks. You can also fry the liver with onions and apples.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious liver cutlets on Instagram, which will be very juicy.
Ingredients:
- Chicken liver – 500 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp.
- Green onions – 5 pcs.
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Dried garlic – 1 tsp.
- Oil for frying
- Sour cream for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the liver, peel off the films, and cut into small pieces. Chop the onion and add the liver. Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, dried garlic and mix thoroughly.
2. Spoon the liver mixture into the cutlets and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. But do not fry for a long time, the cutlets should have a slightly pink color inside. This way they will retain their juiciness.
3. Serve with sour cream – it's the perfect combination!
