Tastier than any spread: a recipe for budget garlic butter on bread
Garlic butter is a delicious and budget-friendly bread spread. It's not hard to guess that the appetizer is based on butter and garlic. For a bright flavor, you can add cheese, such as Parmesan, or herbs and spices.
One of the culinary blogs (ohmyborsh) published a recipe for garlic butter on Instagram.

Ingredients:
- butter - 150 g
- garlic - 1 head
- Parmesan cheese - 20 g
- salt
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. First, cut off the top of the garlic head, pour over vegetable oil, salt, put on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes (do this under foil).

2. When the time is up, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
3. Peel the cooled garlic, put the flesh on a plate. Add the butter at room temperature and mash everything with a fork.

4. Add salt to taste and Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Mix and serve. Enjoy your meal!
