Apples are not only delicious but also very healthy and budget-friendly autumn fruits. You can make delicious desserts from them, and they can also be baked deliciously with cinnamon and sugar.
Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for a delicious dessert on Instagram – apple rings in puff pastry.
Ingredients:
- Apples – 3 pcs (about 300 g)
- Flour – 150 g
- Puff pastry – 250 g
- Egg yolk – 1 pc.
- Brown sugar – 50 g
- Cinnamon – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the apples into rings and core them.
2. Flour a work surface and roll out the dough. Cut it into strips.
3. Wrap the apples in the dough, brush with egg yolk, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
4. Place on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in a preheated oven until tender.
