Tastes like sushi: stuffed eggs for a festive table in 10 minutes
One of the simplest and most delicious appetizers is stuffed eggs. They can be prepared with a variety of fillings: cheese, mushrooms, onions, vegetables, herbs, stewed and baked vegetables, legumes, fish, sprats, canned food, and tuna.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious stuffed eggs filled with avocado and red fish.
Ingredients:
- 4 boiled eggs
- avocado
- 150 g. red fish
- purple onion
- 2 tbsp. tartar sauce
- 1 tsp. of American mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil the eggs in a cool (cook for 7-10 minutes after boiling) and divide them in half.
2. In a bowl, combine the avocado, egg yolk, onion, red fish, and mustard sauce. Mix well until smooth.
3. Stuff the eggs with the filling and serve immediately.
