Sweet and fluffy pumpkin muffins: how to make flavorful seasonal pastries for tea

Ingredients:

• flour - 180 g
• baking soda - 1 tsp.
• baking powder - 0.5 tsp
• a pinch of salt
• eggs - 2 pcs.
• pumpkin puree - 280 g
• sugar - 140 g
• sunflower oil - 120 ml
• milk - 60 ml

Method of preparation:

1. For pumpkin puree, you need to bake the pumpkin until it is soft. It all depends on the type of pumpkin. Some varieties need to be additionally blended, and if you take a butternut squash, it can be easily removed with a spoon after baking.

2. Mix the sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, oil, milk, eggs, and sugar until smooth.

4. Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients and gently mix the batter until smooth.

5. Put the dough into the molds. If you have a metal mold, you should take additional paper molds, because this dough can stick to the metal.

6. Bake in a preheated 220-degree oven for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 175 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until a skewer comes out dry.
