The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and satisfying snack dish – lentil pancakes with a delicious filling.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of dry lentils
  • 150 ml of water

For the filling:

  • What you like, can be cream cheese, herbs, cucumber, and fish

Method of preparation:

1. Cover the lentils with water and leave for 4 hours/night. Afterward, drain the water, rinse the lentils, add 150 ml of water, and whisk with a blender.

2. Heat a frying pan and pour the batter with a ladle, smooth it out, and fry on both sides until golden brown.

3. Cool the pancakes and eat them with your favorite filling!
