Stewed chicken hearts for lunch with mashed potatoes: better than cutlets and chops
To make chicken hearts really tasty, they need to be cooked properly. This product is best stewed to make it juicy and soft. It is much easier to make such a dish for potatoes than classic chops or cutlets.

Ingredients:
- chicken hearts - 2 kg.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- cream - 150 g.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- water - 200 ml.
- salt, pepper
- smoked paprika
- oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the chicken hearts well and rinse them under water.
2. Fry the hearts in a preheated frying pan until the liquid evaporates.
3. Add the chopped onion and chopped garlic.
4. Fry until golden brown.
5. Add salt, pepper, paprika, flour, cream, water.
6. Mix well, bring to a boil.
7. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
