Ingredients:
- medium carrots – 3-4 pcs.
- garlic – 5 cloves
- salt – 0.5 tsp
- sugar – 1 tbsp
- black pepper – 0.5 tsp.
- ground coriander – ⅓ tsp.
- vinegar – 2 tbsp
- oil – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots.
2. Add garlic, spices and vinegar.
3. Do not stir.
4. Heat the oil a little and pour over the spices.
5. They will give off a flavor and hiss a little.
6. Mix everything well and mash the carrots a little.
7. Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
