Ingredients
- cabbage - 2 kg
- soy sauce - 100 ml
- honey - 1 tsp
- grain mustard - 50 g
- garlic - 1 head
- pepper
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 100 ml
- lemon juice - 100 ml
Method of preparation
1. Cut the cabbage into 4 pieces.
2. Put it in a baking sleeve, close it and bake at 200 for 1.5 hours.
3. The top leaves should turn brown. You can either remove them or leave.
4. Cut into large portions and pour the dressing over.
5. Close with a lid and put in the refrigerator.
6. Stir from time to time.
7. Serve the next day.
