"Shuba" in a new way, without mayonnaise: we tell you how to make a healthy salad
The Shuba salad is one of the simplest and most budget-friendly salads that almost every housewife can make. To keep it from being greasy, mayonnaise can be replaced with yogurt or mashed avocado.
Nutritionist Olha Usenko shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious "Shuba" without mayonnaise, which is prepared very quickly.
Ingredients:
- herring
- beetroot
- potatoes
- avocado
- carrot
- beetroot
- eggs
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake the vegetables, peel and grate them.
2. Mash the avocado with a fork. Finely chop the herring.
3. Assemble the salad in layers: herring, avocado, potatoes, avocado, carrots, beets, eggs.
Put it in the fridge!
