Salty appetizer "Tangerines": how to prepare a beautiful atmospheric dish for the New Year

A food blogger with the nickname anny cooking shared a recipe for such an appetizer on Instagram. It's a dish that looks like a tangerine.
Ingredients
- Medium carrots – 4-5 pcs
- Boiled chicken fillet – 1 pc
- Boiled eggs – 3 pcs
- Hard cheese – 80 gr
- Sour cream or mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Salt
- Dill
Method of preparation
1. Finely chop the chicken fillet and put it in a deep container.
2. Grate the cheese and eggs. Add to the chicken.
3. Add chopped garlic and herbs. Season with sour cream or mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
4. Form the "tangerines."
5. Boil the carrots, cool, and grate them on a fine grater. Squeeze out excess moisture.
6. Put 1 tbsp of carrots on the cling film and make a thin layer of it.
7. Put the filling in, and form the tangerine again.
8. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
9. Decorate the "tangerines."
