Homemade mayonnaise always tastes better than store-bought. However, many housewives refuse to make it because it contains raw eggs, which can cause serious health risks.

But now this is no longer a problem. Nutritionist Lyubov Zhukovskaya shared on Instagram how to make mayonnaise using boiled eggs. It will turn out not only very tasty, but also safe.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 5 pcs.
  • Water - 60 ml.
  • Oil - 50 ml.
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • Mustard - ½ tsp.
  • Salt

Method of preparation

1. Boil the eggs until cooked, cool and peel.

2. Use water at room temperature only.

3. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
