Russian attack on Dnipro claimed lives of four people — Filatov

Four people, including a child, were killed in a Russian missile attack on Dnipro on the night of October 26. All services are involved in the aftermath of the attack.

"There is enough equipment. Everyone is in full communication and coordination. The city has already set up commissions. We are counting the broken windows. We will help to replace them. The weather is still a bit warm. But we need to close them and keep them warm. So we will work," said Borys Filatov, who arrived at the scene of the attack. He also noted that the equipment received by Dnipro as part of intergovernmental aid from Japan is working at the location. So far, 20 people have been reported injured, the youngest of whom is only 8 years old. The Russians struck several districts of the city at once. Only civilian objects were hit. These are residential buildings and a hospital. "I thank everyone who is helping people survive the disaster. Rescuers, doctors, police, utilities, philanthropists. Thank you for always being there for us," said Serhii Lysak, head of Dnipro Regional State Administration.
