"Royal Fur Coat" is a very tasty and exquisite salad for a festive tola. Instead of traditional herring, you will need lightly salted red fish. This product will go well with other ingredients and will look aesthetically pleasing.

Ingredients:
- lightly salted salmon fillet - 150 g
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- beets - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 3-4 pcs.
- green onions - 1 bunch
- mayonnaise, salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the vegetables and eggs.
2. Grate everything on a coarse grater.
3. Layer by layer.
4. Spread each layer with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Put the coarsely diced fish on the top layer.
