Rice milk porridge that will appeal to everyone: how to prepare the dish correctly
Milk rice porridge is a very nutritious dish. But in order to make it really enjoyable for everyone, you need to know how to prepare it. To do this, follow a few simple rules.

Ingredients:
- washed rice -100 g
- water - 250 g
- milk - 250 ml.
- butter
- vanilla
- sugar
- peaches
- coconut or butter (for peaches)
- cinnamon
- gorgonzola
- hazelnuts
- sprig of thyme (for decoration)
Method of preparation:
1. Bring 250 g of water to a boil.
2. Add 100 g of washed rice.
3. Cover with a lid.
4. Reduce the heat to a minimum.
5. Simmer the rice under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
6. Add 250 ml of milk, butter, vanilla and sugar to the rice.
7. After the porridge boils, cover and cook for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Cut the peaches in half and fry in heated coconut or butter for 3 minutes on the cut side and 2 minutes on the other side.
9. Drizzle with the remaining oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
10. Add gorgonzola, toasted nuts and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
