Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 300 gr
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Bell pepper - 60 gr
  • Mushrooms - 60 gr
  • Green onions - ½ bunch
  • Mozzarella or cheddar - 30 g
  • Any meat - on request
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Favorite spices

Method of preparation

1. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes or strips.

2. Chop the onion.

3. Cut the mushrooms into random pieces.

4. Mix the cottage cheese with eggs, chopped vegetables, spices, and grated cheese.

5. Transfer to a baking dish.

6. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

7. Serve hot with rye bread.
