Recipe for delicious crispy waffles: an easy and budget-friendly option

Ingredients
- Margarine – 75 gr
- Sugar – 75 gr
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Starch – 40 gr
- Flour – 130 gr
- Vanilla sugar – 2 sachets
- Soda slaked with lemon juice – 1/3 tsp
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
- Poppy seed filling – 2 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch
Method of preparation
1. Grind the margarine at room temperature with sugar and eggs.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. If it thickens, add a spoonful or two of sour cream, cream, or milk, if it is too thin, add a spoonful of flour. The consistency of the dough should be like medium thick sour cream.
3. Put the batter into the waffle iron, grease it with oil, and leave it there until golden.
