Ingredients
- rice flour - 110 g
- powdered sugar - 30 g
- refined vegetable oil - 20 g
- cold water - 180 ml
- coloring
Ingredients for the filling
- cream cheese - 200 g
- condensed milk - 60 g
How to make the dough
1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour the dough into a very hot frying pan and quickly gather it with a spatula.
3. The dough is ready when you can easily put one part of it on top of the other with a spatula.
4. Put the finished dough on a surface sprinkled with starch and let it cool.
How to make the cream
1. Combine cream cheese with condensed milk and beat with a mixer.
2. Put in the fridge to stabilize.
Forming the mochi
1. Cut a piece of dough and roll it out.
2. Put the filling inside.
3. Add a few raspberries.
4. Pinch the edges to form a ball.
5. Roll in starch and refrigerate for 1 hour.
