Quick lasagna with cheese and mushrooms: prepare a hearty dish for lunch for the whole family

Lasagna is a great option for a quick lunch. With a small amount of ingredients, you can make a really satisfying dish that the whole family will enjoy. Besides, the recipe is simple.

The idea of cooking a hearty lasagna with cheese and mushrooms for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Perchyk (tanya.perchik). The dish is very tender and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • brown champignons - 700 g
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • cream - 400 ml.
  • cream - 400 ml.
  • instant vegetable broth - 2 tsp.
  • grated nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp.
  • melted or cream cheese - 1 tbsp.
  • lasagna sheets - 8 pcs.
  • grated cheese - 150 g

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

2. Fry in a large skillet over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated.

3. Cut the onion into strips.

4. Squeeze the garlic and add to the mushrooms with the oil and fry for 5 minutes.

5. Deglaze with cream, season well, add melted cheese and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees with a fan.

7. When the sauce is ready, the lasagna can be folded in layers.

8. First, cover the bottom of the baking dish with a little sauce. Then alternate layers of lasagna sheets, mushroom sauce and a little cheese on top of each other, and finish with a thick layer of cheese.

9. Cover the lasagna with aluminum foil or a lid (otherwise the cheese will be too dark) and bake for about 30 minutes. Then bake uncovered for another 5 minutes to brown the cheese well.
