Food blogger Yulia Senych shared how to make puff pastry pies with potatoes and mushrooms on Instagram. The result is a delicious snack that can't be compared to what you can buy in stores.
Ingredients
- potatoes - 5-6 pcs
- milk or cream - 100 ml
- butter - 70 g
- puff pastry - 1 pc
- salt
- pepper
- mushrooms - 150 g
Method of preparation
1. Boil the potatoes and make mashed potatoes. Add the fried mushrooms and beat the mashed potatoes with a mixer for 2-5 minutes.
2. Make small marks on the thawed puff pastry and put the filling on top.
3. Cover with the other part of the dough and squeeze out medium-sized circles.
4. Transfer to a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
