Ingredients:

  • 500 g of puff pastry yeast dough
  • 75 g of fresh spinach
  • 160 g of hard cheese
  • 2 eggs + 1 for greasing
  • salt, sesame seeds

Method of preparation:

1. Mix spinach, grated hard cheese, eggs, salt.

2. Roll out the dough, put the filling, and cover it with a second piece of dough.

3. Bake at 180 degrees 30 minutes until golden brown!
