Perfect hot milk-based thin pancakes: will never tear apart

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp
- hot milk - 500 ml
- flour - 160 g
- butter - 40 g
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs, sugar and salt with a whisk.
2. Add half of the flour and stir the batter so that there are no lumps.
3. Pour in a third of the hot milk and stir.
4. Add the remaining flour and mix again.
5. Pour in the rest of the milk and stir again.
