Ingredients

  • Flour – 500 grams
  • Boiling water – 300 ml
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Fried onion
  • Greens – to taste

Method of preparation

1. Add a pinch of salt, sunflower oil, and boiling water to a bowl with flour.

2. Gently stir the mixture with a spatula, and when it has cooled slightly, knead the dough into a firm and elastic dough.

3. Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

4. Sprinkle the surface with flour. Roll out the dough into a 0.5 mm thick layer. Cut out circles.

5. Put the potato filling on each of these circles, about 1 tsp.

6. Carefully fasten the edges of the dough, form dumplings, and boil for 5-7 minutes.
