Perfect burger buns at home: how to knead the dough

Ingredients
- Warm milk – 200 ml
- Dry yeast – 7 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs + 1 pc for greasing
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Butter – 80 gr
- Salt
- Sesame seeds
- Flour – 550 gr
Method of preparation
1. Add yeast, sugar, eggs, flour, and salt to warm milk. Knead the dough and add the butter at the end.
2. Put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Form balls of equal weight and place in a warm place again for 15 minutes.
4. Mix the yolk with 2 tbsp of milk and grease the buns.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
