Pancakes with three fillings: how to please your guests for the holiday
Pancakes are a versatile dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. It all depends on the filling used in their preparation.
A food blogger with the nickname ann food on TikTok shared a recipe for pancakes that everyone will definitely like not only for their taste but also for their extremely interesting appearance. Three types of filling are used to make them.
Ingredients for pancakes:
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 20 gr
- Milk - 270 ml
- Flour - 120 g
- Melted butter - 30 g
Ingredients for the curd filling:
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Sugar - 50 gr
- Vanilla sugar - 5 g
- Milk - 1 tbsp
Ingredients for the cherry filling:
- Frozen cherries - 350 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Starch - 1 tbsp
Ingredients for the poppy seed filling:
- Ready poppy seed filling - 258 g
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the pancakes. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
2. Fry on a preheated frying pan on both sides until cooked.
3. Prepare the cheese filling. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
4. Blend with an immersion blender.
5. Prepare the cherry filling. Add sugar and starch to the frozen cherries.
6. Turn on the heat and bring it to a thickening over low heat, stirring constantly.
7. Leave to cool down.
8. Form the pancakes. Put a strip of cherry filling on one edge of the pancake and wrap it so that it is not visible.
9. Spread the poppy seed filling and wrap again, tucking the free edges in from the side.
10. Put the cottage cheese filling and wrap the pancake to the end.
11. Cut the pancakes in half and serve.
