Original Chestnuts cookies: will decorate any tea party
Chestnuts cookies are a great alternative to Nuts, which are familiar to everyone since childhood. This is a new vision of the dessert, which requires the same mold as for Nuts.
A food blogger with the nickname tallykoroleva shared how to make Chestnuts cookies on Instagram. The result is an unusually delicious dessert that will decorate any tea party with its appearance.

Ingredients for the dough
- Butter at room temperature - 170 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Soda - ½ tsp
- Flour - 550-600 g
- Vanilla sugar
Ingredients for the filling
- Cream cheese
- Butter
- Condensed milk
Ingredients for the glaze
- Chocolate - 100 g
- Butter - 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Prepare the dough. Put butter at room temperature in the mixer bowl. Beat it into a foam.
2. Add sugar and then eggs.

3. Continue whipping, add sour cream and vanilla.
4. Sift the flour together with the baking soda and add to the mixer. Knead the dough.
5. Prepare the filling. Combine and mix all the ingredients in a 1:1:1 ratio until smooth.
Garnish with crumbs from the cakes.

6. Prepare the icing. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix with the butter.
7. Bake the Chestnuts in the Nuts mold, and put the filling inside each half.

8. Dip the cookies in the icing and sprinkle with wafer crumbs.
