Onion and egg pie: a budget recipe for a delicious dish

A food blogger with the nickname katia cooking shared on Instagram how to make a pie so that everyone will definitely like it. She used onions and eggs as the filling.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream 18-20% - 180 gr.
  • Baking powder - ½ tsp.
  • Flour - 90 gr.
  • Salt
  • Provencal herbs

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Green onions - 100 gr.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Mozzarella - 100 gr.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the dough. Mix the eggs thoroughly with sour cream.

2. Add spices, sifted flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.

3. Prepare the filling. Boil the eggs until cooked and chop them finely.

4. Finely chop the onion and mix with the eggs.

5. Add spices to taste, cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.

6. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and pour half of the batter in.

7. Put the filling on top and smooth it out. Pour the rest of the dough over it.

8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
