Ukraine forward Artem Dovbyk has decided to continue his career in Spanish side Girona, where he was the top scorer in La Liga last season. The 27-year-old footballer has already informed his agents that he will not consider transfer offers, but intends to help the team successfully perform in the Champions League.

This was reported by the authoritative publication AS. According to it, the Italian Napoli and English West Ham showed serious interest in Dovbyk. The clubs were ready to pay 35 million euros for our compatriot, but the Ukrainian himself did not want to move to another championship.

In addition, in recent days, a club in Saudi Arabia made a fantastic offer to the Ukrainian. They were ready to pay Dobvyk 15 million euros a year, but the forward considered it unacceptable to move to Asian football.

Atletico Madrid also considered the Ukrainian striker as a transfer target. "The Matras were ready to pay 25 million euros for Artem, while Girona insisted on 40 million.
