Not just with oil: how to cook pasta in an interesting and delicious way
Pasta is usually simply boiled and seasoned with oil. However, it will be much better to cook it using the following technology. You will need canned tuna and olives. All these ingredients go well together.

Ingredients:
- favorite pasta - 320 g
- tuna in oil - 250 g
- flavored olives - 100 g
- half a lemon
- zest of one lemon
- fresh thyme and oregano (alternative - dry)
- a pinch of black pepper
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- celery - 1 stalk
Method of preparation:
Pour the pasta in a saucepan with water.

1. Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked.
Add lemon juice.

2. Drain the water, leaving a little.
Beat the tuna.

3. Using a blender, beat most of the tuna with olive oil, lemon juice, and a few tablespoons of water left after pasta.
Add the boiled pasta to the tuna.

4. Mix the pasta with the delicate cream, add olives, the rest of the tuna, (celery - if you like it), spices, lemon zest and a pinch of black pepper.
Add olives.

5. Mix everything thoroughly.
Ready-made dish.
