Pasta is usually simply boiled and seasoned with oil. However, it will be much better to cook it using the following technology. You will need canned tuna and olives. All these ingredients go well together.

The idea of cooking pasta with tuna was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yana with the nickname yanni.cooking. It turns out to be a full-fledged restaurant dish made with affordable products.

Ingredients:

  • favorite pasta - 320 g
  • tuna in oil - 250 g
  • flavored olives - 100 g
  • half a lemon
  • zest of one lemon
  • fresh thyme and oregano (alternative - dry)
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • celery - 1 stalk

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked.

2. Drain the water, leaving a little.

3. Using a blender, beat most of the tuna with olive oil, lemon juice, and a few tablespoons of water left after pasta.

4. Mix the pasta with the delicate cream, add olives, the rest of the tuna, (celery - if you like it), spices, lemon zest and a pinch of black pepper.

5. Mix everything thoroughly.
