Mushroom Lawn salad: recipe for an unusual and delicious dish for New Year 2025

A cook shared a recipe for a very easy-to-prepare salad called Mushroom Lawn, which is very easy to prepare, on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• marinated champignons - 350 g
• greens - dill, parsley
• smoked chicken fillet - 300 g
• carrots - 2 pcs
• eggs - 3 pcs
• hard cheese - 100 g
• pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pcs
• potatoes - 3 pcs
• mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Grate boiled vegetables, eggs and cheese. Dice the meat and cucumbers.

2. Assemble the salad in layers: mushrooms, mayonnaise, greens, grated vegetables, meat, eggs, cheese and mayonnaise again. Garnish with herbs on top.
