Salads occupy one of the main places on the New Year's table. They can be made with any vegetables, fresh and baked, as well as mushrooms, meat, cheeses, herbs, fish, canned food, and seafood.
A cook shared a recipe for a very easy-to-prepare salad called Mushroom Lawn, which is very easy to prepare, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- marinated champignons - 350 g
- greens - dill, parsley
- smoked chicken fillet - 300 g
- carrots - 2 pcs
- eggs - 3 pcs
- hard cheese - 100 g
- pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pcs
- potatoes - 3 pcs
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Grate boiled vegetables, eggs and cheese. Dice the meat and cucumbers.
2. Assemble the salad in layers: mushrooms, mayonnaise, greens, grated vegetables, meat, eggs, cheese and mayonnaise again. Garnish with herbs on top.
