  • mascarpone - 450 g
  • corn starch - 30 g
  • fatty cream - 70 ml
  • eggs - 2 pcs

Method of preparation

1. Combine the room temperature ingredients and mix with a whisk until completely smooth.

2. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough into a layer 0.3-0.4 cm thick.

3. Put it on the mold and form the bottom and sides with your fingers, removing the excess.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 37-40 minutes.
