Mini pizzas for breakfast: how to cook quickly and from ready-made dough

Food blogger Natalia Zhuk told us what she cooks for her family for breakfast when she needs to make it as soon as possible. On Instagram, she shared a recipe for mini-pizzas made from store-bought dough. All housewives will definitely like it.
Ingredients
- Sausage - 200 gr.
- Cheese - 200 gr.
- Greens - to taste
- Puff pastry without yeast - 500 gr.
- Yolk - 1 pc. + 1-2 tbsp. of milk
Method of preparation.
1. Grate the sausage and cheese on a coarse grater. Mix in a deep bowl.
2. Finely chop the greens and mix with the toppings for the future pizza.
3. Roll out the dough slightly on a floured surface and spread the filling over the entire area.
4. Carefully roll the dough into a roll, pinch the edges tightly so that nothing falls out.
5. Cut the roll into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick. You should get about 14 pieces.
6. Roll out each piece with a rolling pin.
7. Put on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg yolk and milk.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
