Schumacher made a public appearance
The legendary German race car driver Michael Schumacher made his first public appearance since his accident on December 29, 2013, when he suffered a severe head injury. The famous athlete attended the wedding of his daughter Gina, which took place last weekend in Mallorca at the family estate.
This is reported by the British tabloid The Mirror with reference to the German edition of Bild. According to journalists, the wedding ceremony took place in an almost secretive atmosphere. Guests were asked to hand over their cell phones so that they could not take pictures of 55-year-old Schumacher.
Villa Yasmin, a luxury mansion located in Puerto de Andratx, was bought by Michael in 2007 from Real Madrid president Florentino Perez. It was here that Schumacher moved after the family decided to sell their house on the shores of Lake Geneva.
