Light salad with shrimp and avocado: a dish for every day and for a festive table
Shrimp salad is a great dish for a festive table or a casual lunch. Arugula and a variety of vegetables go well with this seafood. A light dressing based on lemon and soy sauce perfectly complements the taste.
The idea of preparing a light salad with shrimp and avocado was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Zhuk (nataliia zhuk). Seafood must be peeled.
Ingredients:
- shrimp - 400 g
- salad (arugula)
- bell pepper
- avocado
- cherry tomatoes
- mozzarella cheese
Ingredients for the sauce:
- oil - 100 ml.
- soy sauce - 50 ml.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- honey - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the shrimp.
2. Fry 2 cloves of garlic in a frying pan.
3. When the garlic releases its flavor, add the shrimp.
4. Sprinkle with your favorite spices if desired.
5. Cook for 1-2 minutes so as not to dry them out. Remove from the heat.
6. Put the arugula on a plate, you can chop it a little.
7. Then cut 1 small bell pepper into strips. Put it on the arugula.
8. Also add one ripe sliced avocado.
