Light casserole with broccoli and salmon: will not harm your figure
The combination of broccoli and salmon has always been considered a successful one, no matter what kind of dish is being prepared. Either way, you'll get a real explosion of color and flavor.
A food blogger with the nickname polli cooking on Instagram showed what can be easily prepared with these products. She chose a casserole that will never harm your figure.
Ingredients:
- Broccoli - 250 gr.
- Salmon fillet - 250 gr.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Cream 15% - 100 ml.
- Salt
- Provencal herbs
- Cheese - 80 gr.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets, put it in boiling water for 3 minutes. Then put them in a baking dish.
2. Cut the fish into small pieces and transfer them to the broccoli.
3. Add cream, salt, and Provencal herbs to the eggs and mix well.
4. Pour the fish and broccoli with the filling, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
5. Put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
