Lazy strudel with cottage cheese and blueberries: a delicious and easy dessert
Strudel is a traditional Austrian dessert made from thin, almost transparent dough with lots of filling. It tastes great with ice cream and is served warm.
Food blogger Anastasia Redko shared how to make strudel when you don't want to knead the dough on Instagram. She used ready-made phyllo dough to create a real culinary masterpiece.
Ingredients.
- phyllo dough sheets - 4 pcs
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- sugar - to taste
- blueberries - to taste
- eggs - 2 pcs
- starch - to taste
Method of preparation
1. Mix cottage cheese with 1 egg and sugar.
2. Put the curd filling on two sheets of phyllo dough.
3. Mix blueberries with starch so that every berry is covered.
4. Top the dough with them and roll up.
5. Put two sheets of phyllo dough and then cottage cheese filling and blueberries again.
6. When the first roll is ready, put it on the spread dough and continue rolling.
7. Brush the strudel with a beaten egg and bake at 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
8. Sprinkle the cooled strudel with powdered sugar.
