Lazy rollini with cheese in minutes: no rolling out the dough and no fuss
Rollini is the perfect snack or even a quick lunch. And with the following technology, you don't even have to roll out the dough. The universal phyllo dough is a great choice for the base, which can save you a lot of time on cooking.
The idea of making lazy phyllo rollini was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Khrystyna with the nickname foodblog kristi. The products are baked for a maximum of 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
- phyllo dough - 6 sheets (200 g)
- cottage cheese - 350 g (9%)
- hard cheese -150 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- dill - a bunch
- salt, spices
Ingredients for the grease:
- butter - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Combine cottage cheese, grated hard cheese, chopped dill, egg, salt, and spices in a bowl.
2. Defrost the phyllo dough.
3. Brush the baking sheet with melted butter and spread the filling on both sides.
4. Roll up each side to the middle.
5. Transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment.
6. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
