Lazy khachapuri without dough: a simple recipe for a snack
If you want to prepare a tasty and satisfying snack dish very quickly, khachapuri is an ideal option. You can make them without flour using cottage cheese.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, hearty and at the same time lazy khachapuri with two types of cheese.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/3 tsp. baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 30-50 g of suluguni / mozzarella
Method of preparation:
1. Add the protein to the cottage cheese (keep the yolk for serving), flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.
2. With wet hands, form a "boat" on the parchment and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
3. Then add the grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with yolk, if you don't eat raw, you can bake it.
