- Potatoes – 500 gr
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Flour – 100 g
Method of preparation
1. Boil the potatoes until tender and mash until smooth.
2. Add the eggs and flour and mix thoroughly.
3. Form the dough into a sausage on a floured surface.
4. Cut into equal pieces and form lazy dumplings.
5. Boil in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
