Lazy cheese pancake that is much easier to make than khachapuri: ready in 15 minutes at most
Khachapuri is often made with yeast dough. However, it takes time. Therefore, it will be much easier to make a lazy pancake instead.
The idea of making a fluffy pancake with cheese instead of khachapuri was published on the fasting marafon's Instagram cooking page. The cheese melts inside and turns out to be very tender.
Ingredients:
- sour cream - 100 g
- wheat flour - 100 g
- sulguni - 80 g
- salt, baking soda
- oil - 2 g
- butter - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Mix sour cream, baking soda and salt.
2. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
3. Leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.
4. Spread the dough with butter and roll out between two layers of parchment.
5. Remove the top layer of parchment, put grated cheese on top, and pinch the edges.
6. Turn over and roll out.
7. Fry the pancake in a pan on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle the pan with vegetable oil before that.
