Ingredients
- Carrots – 1 kg
- Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
- Oil – 120 ml
- Vinegar – 5 tbsp
- Ground coriander – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Garlic – 7-8 cloves.
Method of preparation.
1. Peel the carrots and grate them on a special grater.
2. Add all the spices.
