Juicy teriyaki chicken stir fry: how to prepare the most delicious meat for any side dish
Juicy and spicy teriyaki chicken can be cooked in a pan. The sauce will make the meat especially tasty and rich. You can serve it with your favorite side dish.

Ingredients:
- chicken thigh fillet - 500 g
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Ingredients for the sauce:
- soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- honey or coconut sugar - 1 tbsp
- lime juice - 50 g
- water - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp lemon juice
- grated ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic - 2 cloves (chop)
- starch - 1 tsp + 2 tbsp water
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown (3-4 minutes on each side).
3. Mix soy sauce, honey, lime juice, water, lemon juice, ginger and garlic in a saucepan.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Dissolve starch in water and pour into the sauce, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened (1-2 minutes).
6. Pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions and serve with rice.
