Juicy meat rolls with pineapple in the oven: how to make a delicious lunch dish

Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin - 500 g
- canned pineapples - 150 g
- onion - 1 pc (small)
- hard cheese - 150 g
- dill
- mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp
- salt, pepper, suneli hops
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the meat.
2. Cut into slices like chops.
3. Then beat off on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
4. Mix chopped onion, grated cheese and dill with mayonnaise.
5. Spread the filling on the meat slices, put pineapples on top and form the kruchniki.
6. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the pork rolls in it.
7. Brush with mayonnaise and bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and cook for another 5 minutes.
