Juicy fried salmon in cream sauce: how to prepare delicious fish for lunch

Red fish is the perfect option for lunch. It has few bones, and the meat is very soft and tender. You can simply take a piece and fry it in cream sauce in a pan.

Ingredients:

  • salmon (or other fish) fillet - 2 pieces (150 g each)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • cherry tomatoes - 300 g
  • fresh spinach - 60 g
  • fresh basil - 5 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 25 g
  • cream - 120 g
  • salt - to taste
  • lemon - 1 slice

Method of preparation:

1. Heat olive oil over medium heat.

2. Season with salt and fry the fish, with fillet side down, for about 6 minutes.

3. Turn over and fry on the other side for a few more minutes.

4. Put the fish on a plate. Heat butter in a pan to melt it, add chopped garlic and fry for about 1 minute.

5. Add the halved tomatoes.

6. Add salt, spinach, basil and simmer for 3 minutes.

7. Add cream and Parmesan and simmer for another 3 minutes.

8. Reduce heat and simmer for a few more minutes.

9. Put the fish in the sauce, pour over it and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, periodically pouring the sauce over it.

10. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
