Juicy duck legs in orange sauce: the meat just melts in your mouth

Ingredients:
- duck legs
- orange – 2 pcs
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- white wine vinegar – 2 tbsp
- honey – 1.5 tbsp
- thyme, oregano, salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Squeeze the juice from one orange.
2. Add soy sauce, wine vinegar, honey, thyme, oregano, and pepper.
3. Put the duck legs in a container.
4. Pour the marinade and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours (longer is better).
5. Slice the second orange and place it in a baking dish.
6. Put the legs on top and salt them.
7. Pour the marinade into a saucepan and cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
8. Brush the legs with the marinade, cover with foil, and put in the oven at 190 degrees for an hour.
9. Take out from time to time, brush with marinade, turn over.
10. Remove the foil, grease again, and leave in the oven for another 30 minutes.
