Juicy chicken thighs in beer: how to cook delicious meat for dinner with potatoes and pasta

Baked chicken thighs are the perfect meat for dinner. They can be served with potatoes, pasta, or any kind of porridge. And to make this meat juicy, you will need dark beer.

The idea of cooking baked chicken in dark beer for dinner was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan (katarina movchan). You only need a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • chicken thigh - 1 kg.
  • dark beer - 650 ml.
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • favorite spices - 1.5-2 tbsp.
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the thighs of the chicken well, remove the feathers if available, and put them in a bowl.

2. Add soy sauce, oil, salt and spices to the chicken.

3. Stir, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Then pour beer over the chicken and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.

5. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (top-down mode without convection).

6. Put the thighs in a baking dish, skin side down, and pour the marinade over them.

7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, remove from the oven, turn the chicken skin side up.

8. Leave to bake for another 30-40 minutes.

9. The baking time can be extended up to 1 hour on each side.
