Juicy chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese: the meat will definitely not be dry

- minced chicken thighs - 600 g
For the filling:
- mushrooms - 200 g
- onion - 1 pc.

- flour - 1/2 tbsp. flour
- some herbs (parsley, green onions, dill)
- mozzarella cheese - 100 g
- spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions in a frying pan with salt.
2. When mushrooms are browned, add cream and flour and mix thoroughly.
3. Add salt to the minced chicken and mix thoroughly.
4. Divide the minced meat into 5 equal parts.
5. Put one portion of the minced meat on the baking sleeve, spread evenly.
6. Put the mushroom filling, herbs and mozzarella cheese slices in the middle. Form a roll and roll it in breadcrumbs.
7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with convection and bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
