Instead of buying store-bought sausage, it is much better to make a delicious chicken roll. You can cut it into portions and simply serve it on a sandwich or as a meat appetizer with a side dish. It is delicious to add nuts inside.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 400 g
- chicken thigh - 4 pcs.
- mushrooms - 100 g
- salt, pepper
- dried garlic 2 tsp.
- smoked paprika
- cream 20% or chicken broth - 75 ml.
- pistachios - 100 g (or any nuts)
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the chicken fillet in a blender.
2. Cut the thigh and mushrooms into pieces.
3. Add all the spices to taste, pistachios or nuts to the mixture.
4. Pour in the cream or broth.
5. Mix well.
6. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
7. Put the minced meat on the baking film.
8. Form and tie.
9. Simmer for an hour or bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
