Juicy chicken cutlets: what to add to the minced meat
Chicken cutlets are a very satisfying and tasty dish that anyone can cook. To make them juicy, cooks advise adding grated zucchini, cheese, and carrots to the minced meat.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for very juicy, tasty, and soft chicken cutlets with grated zucchini.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 500 g
- Zucchini – 1 pc.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Flour – 2-3 tbsp.
- Salt – 2/3 tsp (to taste)
- Dried garlic – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.
- Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Chicken fillet finely chop. Add the egg and spices to taste.
2. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater. Add flour, it is better to look at the consistency, depending on the moisture content of the zucchini.
3. Heat a frying pan with oil. Add 1 tbsp and fry over high heat on both sides for several minutes until golden brown.
4. Put the patties in a baking dish and bake in the oven for another 15 minutes.
